Butanone

Butanone, alias 2-butanone, 2-oxo-butane, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl ethyl ketone. Butyl ketone is mainly used as a solvent, such as for lubricating oil dewaxing, coating industry and a variety of resin solvents, vegetable oil extraction process and refining process azeotrope distillation, its advantages are strong solubility, lower volatility than acetone, is a medium boiling point ketone solvent. Butanone or the preparation of medicine, dyes, detergents, fragrances, antioxidants and some catalysts are intermediates, synthesis of anti-peeling agent methyl ethyl ketone oxime, polymerization catalyst methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, corrosion inhibitor methyl pentynol, etc., in the electronics industry as integrated circuit lithography after the developer. Electronic pure butanone is used as the developer and cleaning agent of integrated circuit lithography process in electronic industry.
